Whisperwind's Hip Guarantee

                                                     In the event that a Whisperwinds dog is suspected of being dysplastic,
                                        to qualify for a refund on half the purchase price toward a purchase of another puppy,

This is the procedure to follow:
1. Notify us by letter or telephone.
2. Submit the x-rays to us, to be reviewed by our veterinarian.

                                                                                If your dog is found to be severely dysplastic,
                                        to qualify for a refund on half the purchase price toward a purchase of another puppy,

1. The dog must be neutered or put to sleep, and a letter from your veterinarian stating what has been done must be sent to us.
2. The registration certificate must be returned to us.
3. The dog must not be overweight.
4. The dog must not have been over-exercised.
5. The dog must be under 26 months of age.
                                                **NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN IF THE DOG IS OLDER THAN 26 MONTHS OF AGE**

6. No dog is guaranteed unless he or she carries the Whisperwinds prefix in his or her registered name, has not been used for breeding, and is with the original owner.

                       After these qualifications have been met, and if the problem is a hindrance to the dog's normal activity,
                         you receive a refund on half the purchase price toward a purchase of another Whisperwinds puppy.

        WHISPERWINDS KENNEL (SELLER), MAKES NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR
                    PURPOSE AND MAKES NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES IN SELLING THE DOG DESCRIBED HEREIN.

                               A BUYER RECOVERY FOR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY AND ALL CAUSES WHATSOEVER,
                         INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE BREACH OF CONTRACT, BREACH OF WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE,
                                                        OR STRICT PRODUCT LIABILITY, WILL BE EXCLUSIVELY LIMITED TO

                                 REPLACEMENT OF THE DOG WITH RESPECT TO WHICH LOSSES OR DAMAGEs ARE CLAIMED
                                                             OR TO A REFUND OF ANY PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE DOG,
                                   ALL ASSUMING THE CONDITIONS OF THE GUARANTEE ARE COMPLIED WITH BY THE BUYER.

                     IN NO EVENT WILL THE SELLER BE LIABLE TO ANY BUYER FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
                              OR FOR ANY OTHER DAMAGES TO THE DOG OR PERSON OF THE BUYER OR ANY OTHER PERSON.
