| Our names are Gene & Joyce Tarquinio and we live in Beaver County, Pennsylvania, which is located 25 minutes from the Pittsburgh International Airport. |

| We are the proud owners of Whisperwind Labradors and have been very active breeders & trainers of Quality AKC Yellow & Chocolate Labrador Retrievers since 1990, specializing in the perfection of correct type, temperament, trainability and intelligence. |
| We've also established Scent-Tech, Inc., our own corporation, that works with Labradors as Bomb, Weapon and Narcotic Dectection Dogs, and we currently have 8 active detection dogs, working in this field. |
| In addition to this, our Labradors are also conditioned for therapy work,visiting nursing homes in our area. We also teach ongoing dog obedience and agility training classes for the public. We are fully licensed and insured. |
| Our puppies are from excellent English Champion lines, and all of our breeding Labs are x-rayed for hip dysplasia prior to being bred. |
| Our puppies are born & raised inside our home and are very well socialized to ensure they will have the best start as working Labs, or as new cherished family members. They receive their immunizations and are wormed (if necessary), prior to leaving for their new homes. |
